Maybe not .... but she was part of a mob, and trying to climb through a broken out window during a riot. I have a hard time blaming the cop for his use of deadly force.

there were at least 2 cops standing next to her on her side of the door just watching -- they clearly didn't feel the mob was a major threat

They were right there when she was trying to get through the door. They were right there when the other people were bashing in the glass. There were other cops in swat gear on the steps behind them.

They were not that close when she attempted to go thru the window. They were headed down. Her move was quick and unexpected

at least one of them is standing right there when she goes down. I presume the other is still there too.

if they thought the mob getting through the door required deadly force they had every opportunity to take lethal action

this doesn't make sense - they were watching people beat on the glass to break it. they were still there (maybe 2 feet from where they were in the still I posted) when she was shot. are you saying they didn't expect the group was trying to breach the door and an attempt to do so surprised them?

if they are leaving they must not have considered this a situation that would merit their intervention let alone deadly force

one is still there when she is shot - frame by frame it and you can see it. if they were leaving they didn't bet more than 3-5 feet from her when she was shot.

no one is excusing her - just discussing why this doesn't appear to meet the rules for deadly force

A 5 second video of Hawley jogging through the capital to leave but 25 - 30 others he trailed seconds earlier. It was a disgusting joke and you got played. You laughed. You giggled like a teenage girl. Real people lives were impacted. A woman was shot and killed by a wreck less security officer. He was the only maniac that took these steps.

You've bought this hook, line, and sinker for two years. You're fully invested and was ready to collect your paycheck on the production. Tucker has access to the same video as you homeboy and homegirls in the democrat party. Sure, their was some property damage, some scuffling outside. Some deserved to be arrested. Inside there was a much different vibe. Calm. Some escorted around. The truth is somewhere in the middle but you're hurting because your two year routine has been interrupted with a counter story that tells a different tale.
