Whoever wrote this article should focus on their day job lol
SL's Senior Offensive Analyst position is somewhat better Butch's intern position at Bama more of a rehab for them.. But like you not sure what he brings to the table. Another set eyes won't hurt.Marvin has a unique style and I like it. This article does not give me any confidence that the addition of SL will improve the offense.
He's way past his prime. "there is no way to overcome the loss of Nico" "all these words are just window dressing" I mean come on. This is what comes to mindYeah who is this Marvin West chump? Must be one of their interns.
Eh, who knows what Seth will bring, but if anyone does it would be Heupel. Biggest issue is going to be how the QB fight shakes out and I am sure with his HC experience, Littrell will bring another set of hands who knows what Josh wants to help manage the circus.
"Those who think they know say there is no way to overcome the loss of Nico". That is not Marvin's quote nor opinion, just his observation of others' opinions. Why would you twist an article; because maybe it doesn't align with your beliefs? Marvin West has seen more, done more than 95% of humanity could even hope to. I suggest you read past the article and scroll down to Mr. West's Resume. If it's not too shocking for you. He's way past his prime. "there is no way to overcome the loss of Nico" "all these words are just window dressing" I mean come on. This is what comes to mind

Sooners’ first season in the SEC. A new starting quarterback and a new offensive coordinator, a completely different offensive line and an injury plagued WR room. About covers it.We won't know until the season starts.... by the same token, we won't know if Oklahoma's struggles on offense were due to him or Venables meddling until the season starts, either.
Possibly a trial run to see what he brings. Personally I wouldn’t mind a change. Although I’d prefer it be an actual transfer of playcalling duties. We need an OC that isn’t married to a particular system that tailors his offense to fit his personnel rather than running the same system every year and recruiting for the system. What Oklahoma ran against us although unsuccessful did seemed to be far more balanced schematic wise than what we have ran the last 2 years. So maybe with a good QB and OL Littrell can bring back some of that offensive juice we lost with the departure of GoleshI think he’s the next OC.
