Is RFK, Jr. done?

Per BBC:
Local officials and doctors say the recent outbreak has primarily affected Russian and Ukrainian immigrants in South Carolina, though others have been infected, too. The state has resettled hundreds of Ukrainian refugees, while thousands of Slavic immigrants have moved to the area in recent years, according to population estimates.
Slavic churches had several measles exposures, with Kimbrell adding that some took a religious stance against vaccines. Some schools in the community have vaccination rates as low as 20%.

You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make them learn to read

Does that say it started with recent Ukrainian refugees?

Exactly. Get your kids vaccinated and you don’t have to worry about the morons who don’t.
It's not quite so simple as that, unfortunately. Infants, for instance, can't be vaccinated against measles, and some children, due to medical contraindications, are never eligible for vaccination at all. Both groups rely on (the unfortunately-named) "herd immunity" for protection against measles.

True for the infants. I’m mainly speaking about parents of those of age who have somehow become convinced not to have their kids vaccinated for measles and other diseases. We personally know several young couples who won’t immunize their kids and I think they are nuts.

Somehow it worked for decades and now we have this mess coming back. And I blame Kennedy and other science deniers for a lot of it.

I'm largely in agreement with you, but I think it's important to acknowledge that, if current trends continue, there will be families who, despite doing everything right, still suffer devastating loss from preventable disease.

Does "primarily affecting Russians and Ukrainians" mean it started with a Ukrainian refugee that arrived under Biden, or are you just that bad at reading?
Again genius, don't try to show up people who live here and know first hand the actual locations and people involved

Yes, the 2025-2026 South Carolina measles outbreak was primarily linked to an Eastern European immigrant community in Spartanburg County, specifically involving unvaccinated individuals within Ukrainian and Russian communities. The outbreak was centered around a Slavic church and a charter school, with cases linked to low vaccination rates among these groups.

The South Carolina measles outbreak probably started in a Ukrainian immigrant community in the Spartanburg area, among whom vaccination rates tend to be particularly low, Thorpe said, but it has taken hold in a much broader population in the region.

“Antivax attitudes are firmly embedded in Ukrainian society,” says an analysis published in 2021 by the Wilson Center, a nonpartisan foreign policy think tank. It cites many possible factors for the sentiment, but much can be traced back to the early 2010s, when the Ukrainian government mishandled the storage and administration of routine vaccinations, resulting in many cases of complications among children that were initially covered up.

Early attention focused on the Way of Truth Church in Inman, South Carolina, a congregation described by locals as consisting almost exclusively of Eastern European immigrants. Church leaders have cooperated with public health officials since the outbreak’s early days. But the persistence of the outbreak may be exposing institutional weaknesses that long predate this congregation.

The northern Upstate, especially parts of Spartanburg and Greenville Counties, has what is believed to be the largest Ukrainian and Eastern European immigrant population in South Carolina. That population has grown steadily for years and surged dramatically following the war in Ukraine.

Does "primarily linked to an Eastern European immigrant community" mean it started with a Ukrainian refugee that arrived under Biden, or are you just that bad at reading? Don't get mad at me because you can't back up the things you "know"

Every single link I have provided showed you where the measles outbreak in SC started, you simply lack the cerebral intelligence to read words together or make critical thinking assessments...back to the dice i guess

I agree, it's pretty hopeless when I quote the words back to you, you can't show what you keep claiming, and then you say you did anyway. Maybe you'll get to a second grade reading level one day; "cerebral intelligence" is a very dumb and redundant phrase

"Probably (???) in a Ukrainian community" means definitely a Ukrainian "refugee" who arrived under Biden? Did you not read what you bolded and italicized? Does this have anything to do with illegal immigration under Biden, which was the topic?

Better luck next time, hopefully you learn to read by then

Since this is the last time to try to reason with your thick skull let me break it down for you a little deeper, since it's not your typical joint and I know you have to get back to cooking up a nice juicy sewer rat.....

- South Carolina has experienced an outbreak of measles, and in this thread it was stated it was prob due to RFK and anti-vax people.
- Living in South Carolina and knowing the actual situation, I was aware the outbreak started with a particular church and school located in Inman, SC. "The Way and Truth" In fact, 80 of the first 100 cases originated from that select population, before spreading elsewhere (including to Washington and California)
- The church/school that has been identified as the initial population is a 100% Orthodox Ukrainian/Russian population mix, which the huge majority of came over from 2022-2025, as asylum refugees from the Ukrainian War. This particular population are all strongly not vaccinated and carry a plethora of communicable diseases. The found cases in WA and CA were traced back to guess who? Ukrainian immigrants
- This particular outbreak first started showing up in Inman near Christmas of 2025, and the measles itself was not present to the minority of the Ukrainian population prior to 2022 (which was minute).

Thus, using my knowledge, higher genetic IQ, and logic, along with my developed prefrontal cortex am able to determine that the CDC and local health officials including Dr. Ed Simmer who in fact is in charge of the whole state and first-hand briefed my hospital administration to which I am a part of on the actual start and causes of the measles (and Flu A outbreak) that this state has had, I am able to determine that like on almost every subject out there, you are trying to grasp with straws to fit your tiny world view from your back alley studio in your filthy gutter when in reality, you are simply wrong again.

So again thanks for playing

Lots of words with still zero answers to the questions in the post you quoted and nothing to back up the claim that it "started with a Ukrainian refugee" who arrived under Biden, because you made that up. Demonstrating your inability to back up a single claim both here and in the ICE thread simultaneously is wild, you must have a humiliation fetish

You got me Nash - it doesn’t say which Ukrainian province or specify a date of arrival. Just…

This is also a very funny way of saying "I made it up," so thank you for that
Yes i should not believe the actual words said to me by the leader of the CDC/Outbreak team here in SC and the data, and the news reporting, it definitely should be the "trust me mane" from a west side story wannabe

Funny how none of the news reporting says what you said, in like 5 different threads at once
