Just depends on several factors. Best guess is if Saban promotes to DC (which he probably will) he isn't coming. Barring that if he likes Pruitt enough and we offer him enough money, he may come.

Lupoi plus Pruitt would give us a good shot at top five classes in recruiting. Dabo was on the verge of being run out of town at first. He built up his rep by surrounding himself with elite recruiters and coaches. I'm hoping Pruitt and Fulmer follow a similar path. As good as Saban is, he still hires the best staff and pays them the best salaries. Tennessee has been competitive as far as head coaching salaries but our assistant pay is piss poor comparatively. This is why Butch supposedly had to hire Scott

A lot of discussions between Phil and Pruitt were around staff. No doubt Pruitt will have an idea of what he wants and will know the money will be there to support him. I'm sure numbers have already been approved.
