Umm... why would either of you want the other to leave the site out of curiosity? I know you have your differences, but that seems a lil juvenile IMO. BVF, I know you did not start that lil wager, nor participate in even giving it any thought, but aren't differing opinions part of the very foundation of this site? Not to mention the very foundation upon which this country was founded

He can't hire coaches right; he can't fire coaches right; he can't handle contracts for any coach right; he can't maintain an atmosphere of compliance for any sports program not personally managed by Coach Summitt; and now he can't even handle a disciplinary and NCAA issue from the p.r. angle right. We cannot afford these kind of conclusions by media reports directly due to Hamilton's continuing screw-ups:

"It would have been easy enough for Hamilton to mention all this back in September, when the punishments for Pearl and his staff were being detailed. That would not have been dishonest, though.
So it’s not how Tennessee does business these days."

We just got about 3 minutes of press on ESPN as well about the Pearl situation. Great just great!!!!

If the Athletic Director's position is anywhere among the top 100 things on DiPietro's radar right now, UT hired the wrong guy. Far, far more important issues for him to deal with at this time.

Completely agree. Hat says he has me on ignore so like my compliments about his enjoyable interviews this will not be read by him but this post is 100% correct.
