Is Kenny Chesney a booster?

If not what, if any, is his affiliation?

If he doesn't donate as a booster, he's definitely an goodwill ambassador for the university. He hosted the ESPN special about Condredge Holloway and is always speaks highly of the university.

I'm pretty sure ANYONE can be a booster. Is he a booster that puts millions and millions into the program? I doubt that.
He's not a business man. Hes a country artist. Anything he does publicly is arranged by his managers and PR team

He claims to be a UT fan. Highly doubt he's a booster. But he does love to play tummy sticks with Tebow.

I know kenny, he is a tennessee boy and loves the vols. but make no mistake he is a business man. how do you think a boy from a small town in east tn comes to nashville and becomes one of the biggest country artist of our time. he made it by playing up to college kids and building a following, yeah he is a business man.

I get the feeling that if Chesney wasn't in country music he'd be somewhere on stage displaying excellent jazz hands.

When he was a guest on game day I was very disappointed in his dark colored muted t-shirt that barely read Vols!!!

I went to ETSU and our alumni complain that he does nothing for the University and only supports UT. Seems he can't make anybody happy.

Idk anything about him really, i'm not a country music fan, just saying that he went to ETSU, alot of people think he's a UT grad.

Chesney is a good dude. Y'all dog him way too much. I've met him several times and I think he's a businesman that's good at what he does. Reading into which cap he wears where, is foolish.

No reading into anything. If you claim Knoxville as your home, and claim to bleed orange, you don't wear a Gators helmet and do the gator chomp. Yes, he makes money. Great for him. However, he's no ambassador for this program when he whores himself out in each SEC city.
