I think it depends on what part of the country you live in. Unfortunately I live up north so I always root against the Big Ten especially Ohio State and the majority of the time root for the SEC teams to win their bowl games. Most years the SEC usually has a winning record in bowl games but I still have to hear how dominant the Big Ten is no matter what their bowl record.

Not sure who Frankenstein is with regards to the SEC, but I cannot pull for the gators, so am somewhat of a hypocrite about it. About the best they can expect is neutrality from me.

I am not quite sure what happened with the Kentucky game. I checked with 60 seconds left and VT was up by 6. Recheck the final score and Kentucky somehow won by 7. UK scored 13 points in the last minute?!?!?!

Listen I’m a diehard Vols fan but how in the world can any fan want the SEC to lose every bowl game but one or two? Seriously? I don’t pull for either way but looks better for our conference if win & win a bigger portion of games! How can we claim to be best conference if we post 1-8 bowl records!

Good Coaches and winning helps recruiting not how Mississippi State does against Louisville. Has it hurt Clemson that the ACC has been hot garbage?

Oh I totally agree. I think recruiting is now and has always been about relationships. Now occasionally you may have a kid who says they want to play in the SEC because its the strongest conference but recruiting comes down to coaches wanting a player and the player wanting to play for the coach. I do however enjoy (for the most part) seeing the SEC win its bowl games. I will definitely be pulling for LSU.

It’s not like I made a blanket decision to always root against every SEC team besides UT, I just find myself pulling for the other team in every game this year. I’ll tell you what Alabama vs. Michigan is a real quandary for me, hopefully they both lose.

I agree with h most of this. I can’t pull for LSU even though I kinda like Joe B. That stinking Ed O Frankenstein rat b*****d, can’t do it.
