I can't believe that CDD would have made the call to hire, and change def.scheme, in his 3rd. and CRITICAL year. I believe it was a Hart hire, but I don't believe he did it to keep TN down as I read in another post. He probably thought, growing pains in yr. 1, 7-5 maybe 8-4, and it was a bad decision. Turns out Sal can't get t done, DD who is already laying on theg ground in front of the bus, is now completely under the bus. Hart on the other hand got to try out his little experiment, no harm done.
Bottom line is we suck! CDD can't figure out what's wrong, and in turn can't fix it. From some of the looks i've seen SAL give DD during the games when DD gets close to the huddle, I'm fraid to say things are only gonna get worse.

I understood he was never contacted. but only people involved would know for certain.. my guy said he was never contacted regarding job

Stop with the Randy Shannon crap again. Randy Shannon was never even contacted by anyone at UT or any intermediary. Period. He was never even considered.

The only FACT that we know for certain is that NOBODY here on VN knows anybody that knows anything so it's all made up BS.

There's enough BS here on VN to fertilise 1/2 of the state of Tennessee.
