Thing is, it’s 77 degrees outside (I’m on my screened porch). Song birds are behaving territorially. Day lilies are coming up out of the soil as are other perineals. Tree pollen in the air is thick enough to taste it. This is unusual for the time of year.

My fear is another hard freeze will come and harm everything that is sprouting.

Yeah. We are going to get a shot of colder air, but nothing like we saw in January and not going to last long enough for lower level cold air to set in. I would be more worried about severe storms out in front of the cold front than any kind of wintry weather. Unfortunately, or fortunately depending on your preference, I believe any winter weather is done for East TN.
