You got to go cold turkey. It's the only way.

You will never be with her again. She will only use you to make herself feel better and eventually you'll see her out with some other dude just as you thought you had a chance again.

Dude I'm in the same situation except chick got married then got cheated on and she came calling. I got booty out of it which makes it both easier and harder at the same time. I am fighting the urge to call her right now, but trust me ITS WORTH it. I say be there when she calls you, but DON'T call her! Easier said than done, I know.
