The guy hasnt impressed me at all and if anything I would rather not even see him on the field.

I'd like to see what he has against Ohio. If he can make it back to 2nd string during that game, I say he's vital to the rest of the season.

It's hard to tell since he has an inept Qb throwing the ball.
I agree. He was very good at FSU as a freshman but hasn't had a QB that could get him the ball since. We really don't know the potential of any of our receivers.

Its hard to gauge how good any of our receivers are considering our QB situation.

Who would you rather see on the field in his place? Who do you think would get open faster or catch JC's deep balls better?

I have followed Brandon since the Alcoa High School days and he is a playmaker. Florida St. he was a playmaker and All American. When a player with lots of potential on sees the field one or 2 plays in a game and then doesn't see the field the next and lack of playing time then have a Crapton to throw to a wr??? look at teague, hancock... They where center target in the WK game with Crompton throwing some good to moderate passes.. but ever since that game it's like crompton makes the wr look bad... I do think QB is the main problem right now.. with lack of confidence, scared, inconsistent.. I keep reading from people who think Crompton is a great leader... You cant be a great leader if you don't believe in yourself and he for sure doesnt believe he can complete a pass with out running scared to boot.. But the main fact is I'M ALL VOL... whatever Kiffin Decides..... I'm a believer and all trust in Kiffin..

Brandon, don't think of him being any more than a blocking receiver or second hand possession receiver

There's a big difference between being a "freshman all-american" and "all-american." Very few freshman start at tight-end at a major D-1 program.

The truth is that he wasn't that good at Florida state he had 28 catches and 300 total yards with 1 touchdown. VERY medicore numbers.

I'm not saying that he can't be good here but let's not act like he was Jason Witten or anything.

Word is that the staff has big issues with Warren and that he recently pulled some sort of crap on them that hasn't been reported. I don't know specifically what he did, but I don't expect him to see the field. Kiffin and Frank Wilson opting to play a guy coming off an injury over the former TE late in the UCLA game when they needed WRs more suitable for pass blocking speaks volumes.

It's his first year playing WR and he has no QB. Can't make a judgment on Warren one way or the other at this point.

Last week I posted that JC was gun shy. This week he has tunnel vision. There were receivers open and he just threw to the same area he had the play before. We could have won that game...Brandon Warren got treated badly by PF and he has on QB to get the ball to him now.....Too bad he left FSU.
