Just put a new Tennessee decal on my Mini. Representing the real UT here in Austin, Tx. GBO

Always have a great time in Texas. Hard to explain. Felt like home in many ways. Thanks Davey, Sam, Jim, and the rest of the brave that spilled blood on that soil!

GO VOLS!

The decal I've had on my car for 2 years now is peeling. Am I allowed to replace it?

It's a bit like the American Flag, if it is tattered or torn.

You must cut out the "T" individually and have a ceremonial Pyre with at least 11 Vol Fans present.

Then you may replace it.

Unless it says Adidas on it somewhere, then the general consensus is that you can't just rip it off and chunk it.
There hasn't been a vote taken on this subject yet.

Where I live, I am seeing orange everywhere. It is because we beat Arkansas this week.

Lol at all the Nashville Bama fans acting like they've always been Bama fans

It's not just in Nashville, it's also in East Tn. I know a couple ppl that have been so called bama fans for about 4 or 5 years now & when you point that out to them, they say they've always been a bama fan. Funny thing is, I've known them half my life & I never heard the word bama from them until they started winning. One guy actually pissed me off so bad that I told him he was nothing but a bandwagon fan. :bash:

If you look closely at the rear Windows you can see a faint outline of a nasty looking "A" where the previous stickers were.

Unfortunately, this is true with the car I bought last year. It was a used car and the previous owner was a Bama fan. When the dealer drove the car out for me to see, I told him I wouldn't even go near the thing until he got that A off of the back window. So, now when the windows get foggy, you can see the outline of that damned A underneath my Big Orange T.

...has anyone else noticed an abundance of new shiny Tennessee tags and stickers on vehicles recently?

I guess the sunny day fans either put their Alabama tags away or we got some new fans...

Either way, it's nice to see lots of orange on the highway.
As Lonesome River Band says...I always have and always will carry Tennessee Colors on my vehicles...https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f-ZMB7XMtfs

This may be a good time to reintroduce a TN vanity plate for UT that makes use of nothing but the power T. I liked the last one they tried to release, but the timing was pretty bad.

My 18 month old tries her best to say

T---E--- double NN---E---double SS---double EE TENNESSEE.

Only a Daddy can tell what she is reading on my sweatshirt.

You're raising that baby right and teaching her how to learn the alphabet correctly!! GO VOLS Baby!!!!

I liked my Georgia Tennessee plate.

I still see waaaaay too many Gator stickers on cars around here. I'm not going to say what that capital "F" stands for in my eyes.

I think mine was VL now that I think of it. I'd have to check(no longer on the vehicle)

You a good man!!! I couldn't surrender my original Georgia plate fast enough to get this one.. Got to represent and we are all over this state!

Not a true fan IMHO

Thats a bunch of BS. Do you have kids? No, then you dont have any idea what you're talking about.

I thought UT fans had gotten past this "You're not a real fan" crap years ago, all I can do is laugh at
people like you. Oh hey, guess what...my dad went to Georgia and I used to go to one game a year
with him until he passed away. Can I still be in your little club? :eek:lol:

I can believe it. There's always been a lot Vol fans in Alabama.

It's BEAUTIFUL too!! Born and raised in Tennessee but live in alabama. I'm a vol for life but my Wife has always been a bama fan and my 2 kids were auburn fans. Bama lost a fan and auburn has lost 2. Full house of vols now!!!

I don't want Nike to change our traditional uniforms, but I am looking forward to better looking apparel for fans. I have always had a Power T on the back window of my trucks, and with a blacked out truck now, that T looks great. I have to admit though, I've had a National Champs plate since 2001, right before the SEC Champ game against LSU. For several years I have thought about taking it off because of superstition. I could not bring myself to it until now. Plate number ends in 14NC7. I also had a small part of me that thought NC 7 would come in 14. It was a long shot obviously, but it gave me hope. Now that 14 is over, I'm dumping the plate as the superstition is too much to ignore!

Congrats! I had my second boy 12/16. He and his older brother (age 3) are decked in Orange regularly, and I couldn't be more proud. My oldest sings Rocky Top to the newborn when he cries, and it calms him every time. That's when the tears hit me instead.
