Our record might not be the best in the conference, and our overall record might not even be .500. But even through the inconsistency, through these last two games and excluding games we didn't show up in does anyone feel like this team has the most heart out of anyone in the nation? To stick with the biggest dogs in the nation in Alabama, and Florida - go to both of their houses and put up a fight no one expected them to?

I'll say it right here and now. Some people may not like the way Crompton played last week, but I thought he played very reasonable against a great defense. I think we win the rest of our games this season - point blank. This will definitely be a team to watch out for in the near future. To think some of these guys aren't even Kiffin's.

How did this become a "Crompton" thread? Get off him, good or bad.........give a rest he deserves it.

The fact that we are 3-4 right now says a couple of things.

1) They are still adjusting to the new staff
2) They are getting better (since the second half of Aubrurn)
3) It is all about coaching. These are still Fulmers players minus the freshman

We are going to be a force to recon with in the next few years and people know that. Get ready boys and girls, UT is going to be a powerhouse again. But not the powerhouse we were in the 90's!

Kiffin came in and made it clear he had their back. They're returning the favor.

And they play four quarters of football. That has me excited more than anything. We are in these games in the 4th quarter! Outlasting the other team used to be huge for us. It's one tradition I'm glad to see coming back. lol

This has been my favorite Tennessee football team to follow since 2004/2003...and probably the hardest playing group since 1998.
