Am I the ONLY one thinking that HART is running the show and NOT Dooley?

I think we are going to have a BIG surprise.

I think Hart has options and may be setting up for other options. Hart will only fire Dooley if:

Jack Del Rio wants the job. Sal Sunseri will definitely be pushing this idea.

Or

Rich Bisaccia is hired and Norv Turner comes along. This may be what we are waiting for.

Thoughts?

I do think Hart was more involved in the hiring process than Hamilton ever was but I am not sure his motive was to run Dooley off.

I do think that Dooley must field a better product on the field this year or he could be in trouble but only time will tell. I never thought Dooley would make it but now I feel better with Hart in the picture.

Norv Turner leaving a HC job in the NFL for UT OC makes sense. Also I can't wait to see Del Rio coaching from the Vols sideline in that sweet leather jacket of his. I think you hit the nail on the head with this one!!

Get off the pipe. I've had my doubts but now I see Dooley rolling past this season with at least 8 wins. He's making good hires and holding together a recruiting class and rebuilding the staff. Hart is giving him full support to succeed. Hart would not be doing his job if he was not building a contingence plan for the future. At this point I like both.

Norv Turner is a great OC. Lets bring him in. Make a run at Bill Cowher as HC & Joe Montana as qb coach. 4 NCs in a row with that epic coaching staff.

Talk about conspiracy theory. Scheming like this would take away any chance that Dooley has at success, because that means Hart wouldn't be putting 100% behind him. That would imply that Hart wants Dooley to fail. Hart's #1 goal is to make this a winning program and so is Dooley's. Hart would have no problem with Dooley being successful, unlike many on here.

My question is why do so many think that Hart is scheming? Is it because he said that he won't accept losing?

I hate to be "that guy," but the same could be said for Dooley. He hasn't won anywhere, either.

FTR, I'm still hanging onto the Dooley bandwagon for one more year. Just had to say it before someone else did.

Also, LOL at this fool thinking that there is ANY hint of a plan at all to fire Dooley this offseason. If that decision were going to be made, it would have been made a long time ago, before bringing in new assistants.
