Wondered if anyone who went to the 1st game noticed any scalpers, and if anyone purchased tickets from one. How did it work with the new digital tickets?

There were definitely scalpers there. Wondered how it worked with digital tickets too.

I saw a couple of scalpers selling paper tix. at the Michigan game, and they are supposedly all digital also.

I have given and received digital tickets using the "AXS" system and it was easy.

There were scalpers at the Ball St game with paper tickets. At the corner across from Gibbs Hall. Not sure if they were legit or not. It's my understanding no more paper tickets, so what were they selling? The campus police and Knoxville police know they are there each week. Anyone know?

I would really be leery of purchasing paper tickets from anyone to UT games.. Highly questionable.

I'm scalping these tickets pretty cheap. If you want one, private message me.

Edit: Surely no one is going to take this seriously.

Other schools still use paper tickets. Tennessee went digital this yr. I saw Ball State fans with the ticket style like we use to use in front of us. They guys with the hand held devices scanned them and my season tickets, I held phone against that stationary scanner so I do know for sure paper tickets do exists. I go in gate 4
Hope this helps

RIP Chief Dan George
Man he was great. Apparently they just let him talk. Another great is the late actor and activist Russell Means.

I would still be cautious about buying paper from someone other than a school.. JMO

Could I still scalp two for Florida? Fee's are such bs...

Also, is everything Digital now? How does that affect scalping?

I dont see any post in this thread are very helpful.

Tickets online are crazy high, but I am coming from 5 hours away, so wanted to see if I needed to pay the premium or if I may have some options at the game.

Can someone help me out VN ?

Have you gone over to the VolNationTicket Forum to see what's available there? Maybe look at some gator message boards to see if there's someone who's selling there but you'd be sitting with unfriendlies.

While driving to Knoxville, you may want to keep an eye out and see if any cars have notes in their windows about tickets for sale. I used to see that when I drove up from middle Tennessee.

There were people on the street scalping at Ball State and at Pitt (which is also all electronic) so that will be an option.

Regardless where you look, it's a sellers market. Good Luck.
