Do you realize Georgia is the only real team they have played so far? We'll see what they are at LSU.

They've played 4 "real" teams at home. And yes we will see what they made of on the road against LSU and UF.

Georgia just couldn't block them for whatever reason.. I've seen a few teams that have...

Could Georgia's freshmen running backs been part of the problem blocking that defensive line. When the backs stayed in to block, Clowney was going right past them.

Nobody is mentioning that USCe may very well look much differently in 3 weeks. They will certainly be bagged up after three consecutive top 10 games. If we win in Starkville, stay healthy, and aren't embarrassed by Bama we have a much better chance than most here are thinking. USCe will be emotional drained after 3 straight weeks of Ga, LSU, and Florida and most likely physically changed as well.

This seems to be a question that no one is considering: everyone is talking about USC possibly losing to LSU or UF, or at the least coming home to the UT game after playing them and being all beat up and everything...

The Vols play AT 19th ranked Miss St. and then host Bama before going back on the road to Columbia SC. What if UT is 3-4 (0-4) when that comes? Will the Vols be prepared to play a tough away game in Williams-Brice?

I also believe if they played 100 times, South Carolina wins 95.

I so much enjoyed that 1 game, USC kicking the hobnail boot out of Georgia that I cannot wait to watch the next 99 games. I'll tolerate the UGA 5 wins to get a chance to enjoy the remaining 94 USC victories in the same fashion as saturday.

I hope you're right. UGA = Turd, USC = ? , UT = ? we'll know this weekend. :)

Vol fans, you guys gotta get some gumption to you. Your team is NOT a bad team and isn't far off from being a dominant team. If you goll over against these teams before you ever get to the stadium, then why even play? I saw you play a UGA team toe to toe, when, before the game I would have bet money that we souls have beaten you all by 30. You guys proved me wrong, and your team impressed me greatly. In other words, I was way more impressed with you all in your loss to us, than in SCAR in their son against us. We rolled over before we played the game, and the result was an azz whooping. You guys can and will beat Miss. State., I am adamant that you all will beat Bama, and I believe you will whip SCAR too. I really don't see you losing again if you come to play and play for 4 qtrs.

I am a Disney, but I call it lime I see it, and I see a really good team intne Vols.

I think you all match up waaaaayyyyy better against SCAR. My Dawgs just didn't show up, not that we can't whip their azzes, but u gotta show up first. UT's o line will be the big equalizer, and Bray will be able to pick their secondary apart. Starts with your line tho, and it is a good one! Fwiw, I hope you beat the unholy hell outa the cocks! They are the most obnoxious fan base in the SEC definitely. By the way, that was their best game ever, don't expect them to bring that intensity every week. Go Vols!

You've posted this same stuff on other boards.

UGA is marshmallow soft.

Now that your team beat UT you want them to beat the teams UGA can't.

I saw you predict they'd beat Bama too.

Folks, USCe is for real if Shaw and Lattimore stay healthy. Read option offenses are tough to stop when the trigger man can run and throw well. The D is special. The Special Teams are good. Very well coached with the players focused on their responsibilities.

Yeah i saw several times they stayed in the help him and still missed the block..

I'm not surprised though.. Georgia does this every year.. They're paper champions and nothing more... Sad part is, with their schedule, they could very well end up in Atlanta....

I think UGA made USCe look better than they actually are. jmo

Thats possible. UGA may have made us look better. Who really knows using that idea.

One thing that is certain they play well at home. And Spurrier has that offense clicking well.

It's hard to go unbeaten period.. Carolina is a solid team, not many weaknesses. Maybe their secondary if you get time to exploit it.

They have more weaknesses than that. Secondary, O-line, wide receiver, one dimensional qb. You can't base everything off of one game where everything was working.

Florida's secondary and one dimensional qb said hello.

Here is the problem, we Vol fans tend to get worked up over a one game performance.

Dooley was fired, by many, after the Kentucky loss.

Florida was horrible after the Bowling Green game.

UT was an SEC contender after beating NCSU.

SCAR is a world beater after beating UGA.

I don't think any of those games have long term implications. We need to stop hyperventilating any time any other team scores a point or trying to make some flimsy argument that UT lost to UGA who lost bad to SCAR so UT will lose bad to SCAR. That is as dumb as saying UT beat NCSU who beat FSU, so UT would definitely beat FSU.

We have a good shot against any team left on our schedule. If we play out of our minds like SCAR did Saturday night, we could beat anyone left.

Based on what? One game? What about the other mediocre games they played this season? What about the terrible decision making from Georgia? I'm still just not convinced

Doesn't South Carolina normally fall apart at the end of the season?
