Not that you'd ever admit it, but if this same exact activity was aimed at liberal organizations while a Republican was in office, you'd be on here losing your mind over it.

In the face of evidence that a liberal Democrat manager had okayed the practice, I'd be hard pressed to claim that the Republican president was involved in it.

Y'all keep ignoring the fact that it was a GOPer that told Lerner to go ahead with that screening procedure.

You don't get it. The top dog in the IRS (Lerner) is withholding KEY information that Congress seeks to know the truth about in the goings on at that Dept. of Government. Congress is trying to find out the corruptions that have been going on in the IRS under Lois Lerner's watch. Congress is trying to find out the truth of those that were involved "regardless" of what "political party" they belong to. The IRS just can't act in & with bully tactics towards a political group that may oppose the "political Party" that holds the Office of President. The way Cummings was hollering & screaming today after the proceedings was over only shows the world that the Democrats have something to hide from Congress.

What? Dude is a genius til something blows up then there is no way he could have known about it or anything related to it.

Same song different verse as Obamacare among other things.

It's more important to some what you can get away with politically as opposed to what actually matters.

That's not true, but she gave up the right to take the fifth once she made her opening statement under oath. That is the issue!

They should just simply file contempt of congress charges and have her locked up.

She obviously knew what was going on by your own admission so the only reason to plead the 5th would be to not incriminate herself even though the evidence is stacked against her. She took a bullet for Barry & the gang I guess time will tell if he returns the favor.

I would think it would be different in this case. The burden if proof is already out so if she were innocent she'd just be telling her side of the story.
