I hate Cheddars but seriously how does it and Cheesecake factory get away with having such a huge expansive menu full of literally pages of different dishes? Can't be cost effective for businessGreat if you want to read the Old Testament of food menus.
You're a restaurant guy... how in the hell does a KM manage that many SKUs on a menu? It has to be a nightmare.

I'll have you know that I ate at a Chili's AND a Sbarro in NYCCheap, additive pumped ingredients from Sysco and US Foods tend to have longer shelf lives. Everything's frozen. If you have a national chain level of systems in place, it can still work.
You just have to rely on people showing up in droves with low standards and wallets that can afford to eat your overpriced garbage.
Luckily that's what the small town hayseed is for.
