It is a great city, it has however went down hill. No arguing that fact.I'm pretty darn conservative minus the religious stuff. NYC is great. Met my ex there and had a blast. Really enjoy visiting it. Was just there two years ago with my wife and daughter. Didn't feel unsafe. Tons to do. Amazing people watching, food, and energy. That energy can't be replicated
How many NYers can afford an apartment where yours is?Yeah you posted this stupid ass AI summary, then saw the actual data and shut up entirely. Why do this all over again?
I live less than a block from Central Park, you can look for yourself how much "tenement housing" is in that area and how sad people are to be there, or we can talk about Iran haha

That's a good way to put it. I first visited when I was 12 and that energy has lived in my head rent free ever sinceI'm pretty darn conservative minus the religious stuff. NYC is great. Yep samsies. Haven’t been in a few years but we like to go and stay in Times Square and catch several shows. We would buy a week long pass and ride the subway everywhere. Just take a taxi from the airport as trying to get a rental car into Manhattan is just a really bad idea. Walk the short distances take the subway for longer. You are thinking Cheese Cake Factory. And yes that would be a nightmare. What it really means is nothing you make is good. It's just a ton of blahGreat if you want to read the Old Testament of food menus.
You're a restaurant guy... how in the hell does a KM manage that many SKUs on a menu? It has to be a nightmare.
My apartment is well below the city's average or median rent, I feel like I got a good deal a few years ago though. But there are apartments below that range sprinkled in most neighborhoods outside of maybe Tribeca, or the Village/SoHo but even those are near LES which is cheaperHow many NYers can afford an apartment where yours is?
