Putin pays him to have whatever background he needs at the moment. Go google him his escapades are well documented. He’s one of the first always trotted out when Russia is pushing some propaganda narrative at the US or the west in general.

Carter did much worse than a bomb, he dropped the Supreme Leader on Iran which gave the world the Islamic Republic.

I don’t see China and Russia offering much help to Iran against Israel. They only seem to care about being Zionism’s favorite child and America is the golden child.
