It sure would be nice if we could have a better standard than that but it's almost impossible. When ordinance starts exploding, rounds fly down range innocents will be hurt and killed. We take more precautions (to the point of endangering our own troops) than any other country to prevent as many innocent causalities as we can. Accidents happen in combat and when they do it's awful and we should learn from them but in no way are they an indictment of our armed forces.

Basically sh!t happens in combat and we should do our best to limit the sh!t that does happen.

The ordnance exploding in this case came from us. Based on CNN's investigation, we hit the building right in the center just like each building around it, with precision.
