I’d guess that we would track them and since the Persian Gulf is relatively small it won’t be that hard to shut them down.

And yes this is a fairly glaring inconsistency I think for you. You are usually staunchly anti federal taxes.

I don’t believe that we’ll ever pay this “tax”.

Funny that you have a problem with this tax but full was in full approval of our tax dollars going to Ukraine. It’s all dollars coming out of our pockets no matter how you want to spin it.

I don’t want to see US soldiers injured for the cause. But, I wouldn’t mind if the US put our thumb on the scales a bit - sanctions, introducing Starlink terminals to restore internet access, cyberattacks on IRGC communications so that they cannot coordinate attacks on civilians.

Sanctions have been in place for many decades. Iran appears to be able to block starlink and somewhat able to find users.

I thought the Iranians are the bad guys.
