This is literally the way to prevent an actual war. They disregarded nuclear sanctions, we fixed it. Now they can decide: negotiate peace or get leveled. No pussy-footing around and going ground to get nowhere.

I've followed this thread, and there has been a lot of "Trump will walk it back" rhetoric. Several think he's all talk.

Iran was enriching uranium towards weapon- grade potential. The entire civilized world believes that's a problem. They didn't comply with mandates, and we corrected them.

What exactly do some of y'all have s problem with?

That we just potentially entered an "unending war" that we didn't have to enter... potentially the type of war that Trump has railed against for years.

Yeah but I find it interesting since Iran HAS to have some advanced Russian/Chinese AA. 1980's tech still outsmarting the rest of the world apparently. Or their AA defense had/has been crippled. I remember when we rolled into Afghanistan back in 2001 we had dudes on the ground taking out radar sites to ensure they had a corridor with no radar coverage available to just fly in and out of. I also remember waking up to seeing taliban dudes in cages sitting on our flight line..none too happy

Those B2 didn't fly alone, I'm sure. We don't know what jamming and defense tactics were used to make it look smooth, nor should we.

That's like saying look how easily and smoothly that celebrity walks into an event. There's a lot going on so this star or that politician can look relaxed while walking down a corridor into the stadium.

The news just shows them strolling in but there's more going on.
