Iran

I would think a "confirmation" would be a direct statement saying "He said that to me" or "I heard him say" or something along those lines. Nowhere does Kelly ever say he directly heard Trump say anything the Atlantic article claims he said. The only statement that is indisputable is what Trump said about McCain, none of the rest have been confirmed on the record.

the world? I have seen them threaten Israel and the US. but thats about it.
You don't think that the rest of the entire ME sees them as a threat. Saudi Arabia and the boys are more threatened by them than we are and they want them gone. It must kindness and friendship in those missiles they are lobbing at them. The entire world is threatened right now by them holding the Gulf's oil hostage.

In his own statement after Operation Midnight Hammer military action was needed to stop the nuclear threat. He claimed the operation was a success. If he stopped the threat then what's the problem now?

He either lied then or was wrong. You pick
You didn't answer the question even though I answered for you.

Grossi said the three sites at Natanz, Fordow and Isfahan bombed by the US are central to uranium processing, conversion and enrichment, but stressed that Iran’s nuclear program extends well beyond them.

“Iran has much more than these three facilities,” he said. “It has a very developed nuclear program, with research activities and many other sites.”

He cited Iran’s operating nuclear power plant at Bushehr and plans for additional reactors, including projects with Russia, adding: “Work continues in all these areas.”

The IAEA has long sought answers from Iran over past nuclear activities and the whereabouts of undeclared nuclear material, issues Grossi has said cannot be resolved without access to relevant sites.

Negotiating real estate deals is entirely and fundamentally different than negotiating deals internationally for our country. He has no clue by trying to negotiate it like a real estate deal. It's the difference between a distributive negotiation and an integrated negotiation. There's a big difference in the two. You should do some research before trying to ignorantly inject the "Art of the Deal" as evidence he's got a clue
Well he is making a lot of good deals. I would hate to see what kinda deals we would get if he knew what he was doing. They would be like the the Hebrews released from slavery and the Egyptians giving them all their valuables.

From the article:

Iran still has the capacity to advance its nuclear programme after Israel and America’s airstrikes this year, the head of the UN’s nuclear watchdog has told The Times.

“They have the capacity. A number of centrifuges may have escaped damage,” he said. “They have places where they manufacture these components — rotors, bellows and things — where they do all these activities. So if they wanted to, it would just be a matter of time.”

But his agency has yet to be given access to the government’s uranium, which was enriched to 60 per cent purity before the 12-day war in June. To be weapons-grade material, this stockpile would need to be enriched to 90 per cent, according to the IAEA.

“They seem to be quite protective of this,” said Grossi, who is receiving around-the-clock security protection after being subjected to a reported Iranian threat against his life. “They believe that this material could be still subject to more attacks.”

He added that it would take “not much time” to enrich Iran’s uranium stockpile to 90 per cent purity. “It’s a matter of weeks — not months or years,” Grossi said, adding that this was why Tehran’s nuclear programme was facing so much scrutiny before the US strikes.

That's not what he said. So you agree it was a lie?
He was not lying, the ability to enrich fissionable material is the key to developing a nuclear weapon. The statement was probably a little premature that happens all the time, does mean its a lie.
It shocked Iran to the negotiation table and there it became clear that they intended to rebuild and had no intention of stopping their pursuit of a nuclear weapon.

Saying we obliterated their ability to make nuclear weapons, followed by starting a war with them because we now say we didn't obliterate their ability to make nuclear weapons, is so obviously a lie that it's funny you're trying to argue otherwise
