Iran

It was already brought up in this thread, clearly; I guess we aren’t teaching our little refugees how to read very well.
Our "little refugee" has twice the wisdom of our resident ignorant racist redneck *cough*.

Speak loudly and carry a little stick, Junior.

I'm not saying it's right, but Trump has positioned himself as a Christian and the right has positioned us as a Christian nation, and now we're wondering why people would view this as a reflection of Christianity. In no way am I saying this is a fair view. It's one of those complexities, you know? Like how terrorists don't represent all of Islam.
Hegseth espousing his special brand of insane pseudo Christianity doesn't help with that.

It doesn't help when your SecDef is trying to turn the Pentagon into a megachurch.

At National Prayer Breakfast, Hegseth Says US Soldiers Gain Salvation by Dying for ‘Christian Nation’
I suspect that his outward religiosity empowers him to drown out the censuring voice of his guilty conscience.

"We've seen before what they do with prisoners. We were going to expend every effort to make sure we got to him first."

The U.S. used MQ9 Reaper drones to protect the area around where the airman was hiding and fired on anything that came close to that area and any area where U.S. forces were operating to prevent crowds or any Iranians from approaching, sources confirmed to Fox News.

"We executed multiple large-scale strikes in the surrounding area using every tactical jet in the U.S. inventory and B-1 Bombers to keep him safe," according to a senior U.S. official.

Several aircraft were destroyed during the U.S. rescue mission, Iran's elite Islamic Revolutionary Guards claimed Sunday according to the Tasnim news agency. An Iranian military spokesperson said a C-130 military transport plane and two Black Hawk helicopters were among the downed craft.

Israeli intelligence had assisted the CIA in determining the location of the missing WSO and removing doubt about an Iranian "trap," halting its attacks in the area to facilitate the mission, an Israeli security official told Reuters.

Fox News' Jennifer Griffin, Trey Yingst and Reuters contributed to this report.

I’d rather the White House promote bombing the **** out of Iran than throw a joint Easter/National Troon Acceptance Day party, but to each their own.

your hero is a mixed bag

he overturned the rules of his own Miss Universe pageant to allow a transgender contestant to compete.

He said Caitlyn Jenner could use any bathroom at Trump Tower that she wanted.

And he was the first president to name an openly gay person to a Cabinet-level position. Scott Bessent is the United States Secretary of the Treasury, serving since January 2025. He is the first openly gay Senate-confirmed Cabinet member in a Republican administration and the first openly gay person to lead the U.S. Treasury Department. He is a businessman and former partner at Soros Fund Management.

Yes, you read that right ..all the money in your wallet right now is gay.

I'll once again be leaving this thread as it's nothing but a f-Trump thread.

Thank God President Trump is in office and is finally putting Iran in place something every President has wanted to do since Jimmy Carter.

President Trump didn't start this war with Iran.

Iran started it on November 4, 1979!

For 47 years Iran has directly & indirectly kidnapped, killed or maimed Americans across the middle east while becoming one of the world's biggest sponsors of terrorism while killing and imprisoning tens of thousands of their own citizens.

President Trump finally said enough and is supported in this action by every regional government.
He has a 37% approval rating
Just turned his back on huge number of his supporters by starting this war (especially the young men)
Gas prices are skyrocketing
He continues to lie about what's actually happening and why we are there

And you expect positive threads? Got to hand it to you, with this line of thinking you could be a cabinet member for him

Hundreds of SEAL Team 6 Commandos, Fake CIA intel and a Battle for Survival Atop 7,000-Foot Ridge: Inside the historic US mission to save F-15 Airman in Iran

A brave F-15 airman was rescued during an audacious mission involving hundreds of SEAL Team 6 commandos and deceiving Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) intel as he battled for his life atop a 7,000-foot ridge.

The unidentified airman, who President Donald Trump has described as a 'brave warrior', got trapped behind enemy lines after the fighter jet was shot down over a remote area of Iran on Friday.

A pilot who was with him safely ejected the aircraft and was rescued by two military helicopters that same day, but the airman remained missing.

He managed to evade Iranians for nearly two days by climbing the tall, narrow mountain while American MQ-9 Reaper drones hovered overhead, shooting missiles at Iranian forces as they got too close to him.

The airman, a weapons system officer, only had a handgun to protect himself and was left 'seriously injured' after being thrown out of the F-15.

CIA agents then planted fake intel that the airman had already been rescued and driven out of Iran, The New York Times reported.

Curious which of our faithful allies assisted or offered assistance in this incredible rescue mission?

U.S. President Donald Trump said his deadline for Iran to open ‌the Strait of Hormuz or face attacks on critical infrastructure is Tuesday evening, according to an interview he gave to the Wall Street Journal on Sunday.

“If they don’t do something by Tuesday evening, they won’t have any power plants and they won’t have any bridges standing,” Trump told the Journal.

Trump later posted on social media, without mentioning Iran ‌or any other details: “Tuesday, 8:00 P.M. Eastern Time!”

Iran Hangs College Student, Another Man in Latest Anti-Regime Protest Executions

Iran on Sunday hanged a 19-year-old college student and another man accused of taking part in anti-regime protests, with the prisoners not even allowed to see kin before being killed, human-rights groups said.

Mohammad-Amin Biglari, 19, and Shahin Vahedparast Kalour, 30, were executed by the Islamic state at a prison in Karaj — among the latest protesters charged with waging war against God, a capital offense in Iran, according to the Norwegian-based Hengaw Organization for Human Rights.

The men were accused of burning a Tehran base that belonged to Iran’s Basij volunteer force and attempting to raid the facility’s armory during a December protest.
