If, as is being rumored and reported, Fred Hoiberg is going to be their coach, that's a big time risk/reward move. The most popular player in the school's history taking over as head coach, despite no real coaching resume, will be an exceptionally intriguing story. It certainly didn't work out for Clyde Drexler at Houston.

He was a hell of a player that gave seemed to always give MU fits. What is his coaching experience?

Wow. I googled and seen T wolves had him as VP of basketball ops. I'm sure he is BB smart, but how that translates into HC material I dont know.

Hate to lose him. One of the few guys from the previous regime that knew what they were doing.
