I can't believe these guys aren't being attacked for being so negative. Don't they know that their players read those message boards? It will destroy their recruiting, as well.

Development: Iowa was missing zero starters and virtually nobody from its two-deep for the game, and 18 of the 24 starters (including both special-teamers) were either juniors or seniors. Tennessee, by comparison, started only 12 upperclassmen, and leaned heavily on freshmen throughout the course of the game. And the Volunteers flat-out pushed Iowa around. This was the best team Iowa could have put forward, and it didn't belong on the same field as Tennessee's gang of kids.

Great read. I was reminded about the Iowa coach bleeding. Anyone know what happened? I saw it on the monitors at the stadium but never saw anything on the field.

This actually reads like Volnation the last 4 years.. See, it's the same everywhere. Carolina hates to see us on the schedule, and soon, FLa, Missou will all be dreading our dates on the football calendar.. The corner is behind us .. Next year boys..next year.

Iowa was like the pig invited to the BBQ! "Wow that sure is a nice fire you have over there." They were beat when the buses rolled up to the stadium the Vols Stepped off the bus and the fans went crazy! Game over!!

It was basically the opposite at our bar. Everyone was cheering for Ohio State to beat Alabama, Iowa and Tennessee fan alike.
