He is not the interim. I get what you are trying to convey but that is not the right word. He is the second worst game day coach in UT history. If not for two 9 win seasons he would be number one. The interim coach should be in place but sadly he is not. UTAD doesn't give two sheets about the product that is on the field. Just by gear and shut your ignorant mouths is what they say to us by being complicit with the football program.

The Athletic Director is going to ruin a long-standing tradition in TN---that is being proud of Volunteer Football. Just think what the whole University has become in the past few years. The AD doesn't care. It's obvious.

Currie seems more concerned about tennis and other sports than his immediate football crisis. Just no reason he should not have already acted in some manner. Sad days for the Vols.

I’m giving him the benefit of the doubt.

He may already have handled the coaching situation and is addressing other things.

It's above Currie's paygrade. The president, chancellor, board of trustees. They think we should just swallow the crap and give the university money. It's not all on Currie.

I hope you are right, but I don't see how they could keep something like that secret. Some of the players have told my son they are just running through the motions and they don't want to be out there. With that kind of thing coming from the players I would think the AD would make some kind of statement to the team at least. I've lost confidence that UT will ever do anything the right way.

I agree with that. It's the whole bunch. But, they hired Currie to be the AD. He should have the balls to do his job or move on. I'm sure we gave him a huge buyout too.
