Interesting SEC doomsday article on USA Today.

A “doomsday scenario” where Alabama misses the playoffs doesn’t sound too bad to me.
Yea, it would make a good off season conversation starter for me to use with my Bama fiends…because I am that kind of ass! 😂. Kind of like asking Ohio State fans if they think the hit on Marvin Harrison should have been a penalty then letting them melt down all over again…😂

Vols vs Iowa in a Florida bowl game would be a fun holiday trip.
Yes. On one hand, would be good to WGWTFA again, but better yet might be to give someone else a turn to get wood-shedded, such as Michigan (again), or Illinois (though I don't hate them), or Ped State (though not sure they are bowl eligible).

Ask them if Eddie George running behind Orlando Pace at the goal line is unstoppable. 🤔

Huh. Interesting. An all-SEC playoff bracket with no interlopers actually sounds fantastic to me. Never cared a damn about those other schools anyway.

It’s almost like sneaking back into that bowl system mentality, too, which I am totally here for.

An All SEC Playoff sounds incredibly boring to me and doesn't make any damn sense. You have a 9 game SEC season then have have the teams play a playoff?

If you're going to do that, just have a 12 game all SEC season.

9th game was incredibly stupid. Adding both Texas and Oklahoma was dumb. One of the two was fine and maybe Central Florida.

Does anybody else think it's crazy that Texas A&M is going to the SEC Championship and probably get bumped to the playoffs with their cupcake schedule this year?
