I cant confirm how true the whole story is but I do have a buddy stationed out in Cali who is a Vol fan as well and he said there is a big "rumor" that Corp was looking around but said he had not heard that he was looking at Tennessee

I would any USC QB who plans on transferring would have Tennessee as a top team to transfer too. Same style offense and a former USC QB coach.

This sounds pretty far fetched..."IF" he transferred would he have to sit out next year?

If he transferred he'd have to sit out a year and by then Bray would be a sophomore and ready to play. No reason for him to transfer here.

TBH, we don't want him. This is the guy who led USC to a loss against UW. By the time he got here Bray will have the same amount of time in the same system.

Aaron Corp sucks. Plain and simple. He is the third string Qb on our squad. He has started one game this year and he seemed hell bent on getting picked off. He likes throwing into double and triple coverages even though other guys are wide open. Corp knows that he will never take a snap under a USC center again so he might as well transfer..

Even when Pete brought him in during the 4th quarter of games this year, he would fumble..get picked off etc..The guy never seems ready.

Can't possibly be more hate pages about him than there for for Crompton halfway through his sr year......and now Volnation wishes he could come back for one more campaign.
Sometimes the fit or the time isn't right. He may blossom as a Vol......or elsewhere.

Even if this rumor is true, that still doesn't help our situation for next season. He'll still have to sit out a year. By that time, our 2011 class will be here.

I really can't get excited about this, true or not true.

He'd only have 1 year left if he transferred to a D-1 school. His best options are to go to a FCS school and play for 2 years or stick it out at the best program in college football and learn as much as he can and become a coach. Sometimes, the QB's with the least abilities make the best coaches because they have to work/study so hard just to keep up with the others.
