I am all for hiring Hoke as long as it's to coach the DL. I don't want to loose Thig. He is a very good LB coach and is easily the best recruiter on our staff.

I am not sure who is being replaced if and when Hoke is hired. If coach Strip semi retires he did a great job here. Hoke would bring one thing that is needed though another recruiter who is willing to mix it up out there. p.s he will love his 17 DL recruits. This position along with OL TN did really good.

Thig might be a great recruiter, but to say he's a great coach is ridiculous. Yeah..yeah..Jumper led the team in tackles,but after he was blocked 10 yards down the field. He would make a play every now and then,but he can't shed a block. The drop of in developing players from first to second string in huge. Flame away.
