The best thing Tennessee can do to help itself with any upcoming year is to protect program stability. A lot of recruiting is built on relationships and on "fit" with personalities, and it's tough to convince recruits if they don't know your staff or don't trust them to be there when they arrive (see also: Tennessee football, 2009-2020).
