I think it's wrong too, but it's not quite as big a joke as you might think. Woodson is very good.

btw... Florida only has 4 guys in the top 5 of their given positions. UT has 6.

The same list you criticize for putting Ainge under Woodsen you now use as evidence of the Vols' strength. Also, Alabama has 9 guys on the list. Kentucky has 6.

I am aware. I was being sarchastic. Shows how stupid the whole thing is.

Ainge looked really impressive leading the Vols to 16 points against the SEC's worst defense.

how many points did woodson run up on us though? we weren't terribly impressive on defense, or maybe i have already forgotten.

that's not to say we were kentucky bad though.

Our defense, while not up to normal Tennessee standards was much better than UK's. Kentucky's defense wasn't just the worst in the SEC, it was close to the bottom of the NCAA. I think they ranked in the 100's out of 119.

They were #118 in Total D with 453 yards given up per game.

Hahahahah. Woodson is certainly near it, as he is ON the same level as Ainge.

Agreed. I think Ainge is a little better and has a better supporting cast, but you can't discount Woodson just because of where he plays. Let's face it, they won 8 games last year. They obviously were doing something right.
