I was with you Wes til the comment About Tennessee being the only team with injury problems. I counted at least ten top 20-30 teams with more injuries from last week's injury report. I do believe this deserves NCAA attention. Look at cut blocks, penalties, treatments, recurring injuries, returning to play to soon, playing to early at certain positions or two much (carries or tackles).
Calloway listed as doubtful for Sat NCAA College Football Injuries
My Contention with CBJ: He believes the most REPS creates the Best Player, WITHOUT regard to the Long-Term-Affect on the players body? Season after season: INJURIES occur with or without a Weight Trainer!
There could be truth to this. CJB is insecure that his starting players are good enough. He gives them too many reps, too many hard reps. They play in the game and get injured dinged up or look soft because they are tired from overpracticing. They look like they need more practice and the cycle repeats itself. Also, we play all our best players on special teams ... more reps, more reps. Maybe the starters need more "leadership reps".
It's a possible explanation. Hard to prove though.

What the hell are you talking about? It's football; a topic (it appears from your post) that you know very little. Is there anything that CBJ could do right for you clowns? There are so many people on the board that talk like they are football experts but they don't know anything...except how to complain.
Mcdowell returns in 18' correct?
A medical redshirt, a hardship waiver may be granted to athletes who appear in fewer than 30% of team competitions (none after the midpoint of the season) then suffers a season-ending injury.
McDowell should be ok if he wants it. Berry might be screwed by the midpoint rule.
