Injury Status on A&M Stars

They'll all play I am sure like another poster said they chose treatment over travel. This is a big game sure but the bama game has more meaning to them. They would love nothing more than to derail Bamas season early in the year.

The only one that may not play is Seals-Jones.

What was his injury??

And what is status of his brother Levi?

.

Have seen it reported as shin and as ankle injury. So I guess lower extremity would be correct:loco:

I too worry about blocking Garrett coming off the edge.
Hes a lot like Von in the sense that he doesent get set in some formations and I worry about the LT getting out to block him. His speed rush is nasty and hes only getting better against the run.

All will play. Questionable is Seals Jones. Garrett played in the 2nd half of Arkansas after his injury, as did Evans, the safety. Evans played last week.

We are gonna have to have someone in the backfield to chip on Garrett, and then have a monster effort by the other tackle on the front side. Hobbs is going to have to run more against them to keep them honest, and the TE's are going to have to have a monster game down the middle of the field to keep the LB's from just crashing down on the run game. We will probably have to have more than one turnover to win this game, and we definitely can't go down by double digits if we expect to win.
However, nothing this weekend is going to change the fact that we best Florida and Georgia in consecutive weeks! GBO

Garrett is very ordinary, and that's generous in run defense.

Obviously, you haven't watched any of A&M's games. Myles Garrett has been VERY GOOD in run stopping this season. Tackles for loss, etc.

The key to beating A&M is forcing a couple of turnovers and passing over the middle. Our safeties are good in run support, but our CB's can be had with deep throws (as seen in the Arkansas game).

I was searching around for who will not play or be questionable for TAMU on Saturday....does anyone have an injury report on them?

hard to know. Sumlin doesn't release squat to the media. We will know fairly early Saturday morning.

Well, 247 mods just posted that RSJ is all but confirmed out. He rarely shows up well in the stats column but he is absolutely critical to our run blocking schemes on the perimeter. He is a devastating run blocker even when matched up against a lot of OLB's and really helps seal the edge on a lot of the outside zone and quick game stuff Mazzone likes. His backup is 1/10 the blocker that he is.

Sounding like Myles, Speedy and Eluemenor (RT) will all be back with no indication on Keith Ford yet.

Well, A&M needs to hold out 3 of its best defensive players to make the game fair. Mmkay?

Does anyone know the status of Texas A&M's injured players? I think we might be dwelling too much on Hurd, JRM, CS, and DK

I've read that the only player with the more serious injury is Seals-Jones. He might not be able to go but Garrett & Noil will probably be a go for sure. Garrett has a sprained ankle that's pretty bad but he came back in the game he was hurt & played a few snaps. He will play though against us.

Probably be a go for sure....lol. 100% probably?

I'm hearing Garrett is 85% tops, but I'm hearing it from folks on the aggie boards so who knows. RJS is pretty much a no go for the aggies from all I have heard. The OT and theirr speedy receiver are expected to return. GBO!!!!
