Injury report?

Vlad is the key one. Without him we have to depend on overmatched underclassman or freshman. I think Quinton and Brandon Warren can make up for Gerald Jones loss.

Didn't know Vlad was hurt.....what is wrong with him?

Any chance he will be able to play Saturday???

Achillies injury is very painful and takes a long time to heal up.....Not good news when your trying to push 300 pounders out of the way...hate to hear that!

Yeah Florida doesnt have their supposedly Percy Harvin "clone" Andre Debose and i forget the other WR out.

If Jones is out it is going to help us if anything. I think he should have been benched after his first couple of snaps. I think there are many wideouts on the chart ahead of him, including three freshman.

Debose has not played a down and is redshirting or most likely redshirting... Deonte Thompson has a sore hamstring and is questionable.

Ive heard Vlad is questionable and hasnt practiced this week... they just hoping he can go? Whats going on at center? There starter is out for the year an was being pushed by a walkon? Is he any good? I thought he looked average against UCLA any thoughts?

Vlad practiced according to an article I read but then immediately went back to the boot and an arm brace. Jones said he was close to 100% and should play without limitations. McClendon and Sullins are both hurting.

awells, Sullins the former walk on got the Center job by default a couple of weeks ago when it appeared that McNeil's career was over due to his knees. Since then, McNeil has been cleared to play and has practiced well this week according to what I've read. I don't know that he'll ever be able to play 70+ snaps again but if used wisely he'll be an upgrade when in there.

Hopefully Kiffin is also giving some of the back up OL's more time with the 1st O this week. UT really needs to get a series or two each out of Pope, Brimfield, and maybe Thomas. I assume that Shaw and Douglas are still splitting time.

If we get 15 snaps a game out of McNeil that would be a bonus. Its going to make it harder on JC working with two centers though. That is a timing thing and will make those exchanges a adventure. That is the negative about that.

all the ingredients are there for an absolute disaster.

not just this week, but the whole year.

it's not going to be fun this year up in knoxville.

one of y'all might want to hit the fast forward button.

interesting ...thanks for the update guys... what about Gerald Jones? I think thats his name the wide reciever... any word? Deonte Thompson is said to be probable for this Sat for the Gators he was dehydrated and had hamstring cramps...they say it is similar to a pull but was due mostly to dehydration. Moore and Debose are done for the year.

Jones is still iffy. It was a 4-6 week injury that he sustained about 3 weeks ago. He "healed quick" but didn't look close to 100%.

He's normally all over the field, but looked far from crisp against UCLA. I would expect Teague, Warren or Richardson to have to step up.
