I have read a lot on here about people saying that UT suffers more injuries lately than any other team and it has something to do with the coaching and the preparation. That is just not the case, Football is a physical sport. It is more like good luck to not have them than bad luck to have injuries. Dont know if this has been posted or not but FOX Sports on MSN - COLLEGE FOOTBALL - LT Trautwein out for opener, maybe longer

I don't question the coaching staff, But our injuries sometimes tend to be minor, I question the players tuffness more than anything. That is the stigma Ainge will have to get off his back...

No, just he missed 3 weeks of practice and was third on the depth chart much of the fall. We the part of fall practice that he was there.

I question people who say "tuffness."

:lolabove: Nice.

I am over worrying about a pinky. It is what it is and there's nothing all the pulling of hair and gnashing of teeth can do about it. I've seen a fair share of TOUGH players play through injuries at UT---Justin Harrell for one---and I've never felt like our players were necessarily any weaker than others when it comes to that. Other than an obvious decline in athleticism on the o-line, our strength and conditioning and rehab/medical services have been top notch.
