Pay the ones you mentioned less. I question effort and desire. Kids are “opting out” in college so they stay healthy for their pro opportunities. It’s different because if they are pro on IR unless they are cut or traded they come back. These 2 will never see neyland again. Just sad to me.
Self awareness won’t kill you.

he worked his hardest the week of New Mexico St trying to get ready to play. Experienced soreness and has now shut it down.. Many won't believe it but he has been trying to get healthy and get back to play...
People who don’t understand the battles and obstacles, mentally and physically, to come back and play at the highest level…their opinions don’t matter a bit as far as what they believe.
They’d also never stand in front on McCoy as he’s icing and challenge his effort.
Fact is if the reaction and swelling isn’t contained, his NFL career is on hold and in trouble.

Where does effort and desire come into trying to rehab from an acl injury? If there wasn’t any of that why would he have been going through practice trying to get back on the field? Our former all-American? You really are questioning this guys effort?
Yes after watching bowl games the last two years I question effort

I don't know how NIL pay out works but it should be by game played.
NIL should be NIL. It should be based strictly on the marketing value of the player. If your number jersey sells more than Jim Bob’s, you get more revenue. Getting money from a collective that has zero correlation to actual name image and likeness is a farce and any good Attourney should be able to get that crap blown up.

Right now, we have players like Boo, who get $800k and what is his contribution in return? If my company wants to pay Boo $40k to be the spokesperson, then I’m expecting a return on that investment greater than $40k. How the NCAA hasn’t been smart enough to litigate this correctly is beyond me.
