I'm looking down our signing list for '10 & there are some names I just haven't heard much of anything about, so I thought I'd put a feeler out to the gurus on here with more 411 than me:

-Dave Clark, DB
-Greg Clark, DT
-Raiques Crump, LB
-Marques Dixon, do we know he didn't qualify? What will he do in the interim? JUCO? Any chance we lose him after JUCO?
-Martaze Jackson, DE/LB
-Eddrick & JB I assume we'll hear something definitive on soon.
-Dontavis Sapp, DB

Crump is impressing from everything I've heard. Dave isn't going to make it in. Dixon retook his admission test this weekend, I believe.

IMO D. Clark (JUCO status, immediate help), Dixon (playmaking, especially after the sprinter was injured), & Brown (same as Clark's reasons) are the most impt. 2 of which are definitively out. Damn.

We only have room for 2 or 3 of them correct? I know JB is our biggest need. Not sure who is the next biggest with Dave Clark gone. Loften maybe?

Loften & Brown for sure with DClark out. I had heard the same thing. Heard he passed the ACT, but they were concerned about the legitimacy his improvement, so he had to retake. Should know soon, but I'm hopefully that if he passed once, he can pass again.

D. Clark- Did not qualify.

G. Clark- been on campus all summer. does not look to be in shape and will not give any immediate help. will redshirt.

Dixon- did not qualify.

Jackson- nobody is 100% sure what's going on with him. Dooley said we should know by the end of the week.

Crump- is showing some real promise in practice. needs to get bigger but is very quick/fast. expect him to make some noise before he graduates.

Brown- did not qualify.

Loften- retook the SAT last week to prove he didn't cheat. just awaiting the test results. Dooley said we should know something by the end of the week.

Sapp- been here all summer. is not a threat at all for playing time this year. will redshirt.
