Rivals is due to release the individual rankings today. Who do you feel will more up. I think hurd will become 5*

Hurd has not done many camps, so I am unsure as to whether they would bump him up. If anything he may drop some.

2. How many new five-stars will there be?

Last year when we finished our May evaluation, we added six five-stars to push the number to 17 overall, including big names in linebackers Jaylon Smith and Matthew Thomas, running back Derrick Green and defensive lineman Carl Lawson. This time there will be four new five-stars, pushing the number to 18 total, so we are on a similar pace in 2014 as we were for the 2013 class. We also have a rarity in here, a prospect who earned a fifth star back after losing it previously, something that doesn't often happen and is beyond rare in May. That's the only hint you'll get until our release of the new five-stars Monday with the new Rivals100.

The Rivals 100 is released today at noon. 250 tomorrow, 4 stars on Wednesday all the rest on Thursday. McMillian will gets the 5 star ranking, Hurd drops 5 spots. Dillon Bates might jump a couple spots, Josh Malone should be moving up in the rankings, Payne and Wharton could move down a bit, and I'd expect Helm to move up a little. Dominique Booth should stay in the 250 and has camped a lot, so I'd expect him to make a move in the 250, somewhere. A lot of people feel Paulk and Coleman Thomas get a 4* status and Paulk a possible jump into the Rivals250. Creamer has excelled in the camps, so he is another possible 4*. Ethan Wolf has received added interest since he commited to Tennessee, with Saban tryin to get his foot in the door, so that could warrant a bump in his standing with the TEs though it seems unlikely that he gets a 4* at this point. Big man Orlando Brown should stay a 3 star and Lawrence Lee should get a bump to a 5.6 3* status. JUCO Kameel Jackson will still be unranked until this fall when Rivals ranks the JUCO prospects.

Hurd will drop because he didn't take part in any of the Rivals camps. Rivals has become extremely political in their rankings over the last few years over those who have and have not attended their camps. Before people pump up 247 though they are the exact same way. Both have been very political with their rankings recently.
