That would be terrible for the University. IMO nobody wins in that scenario. Hopefully cooler, smarter heads prevail.

I stand where I have always. Behind my university. A fight that some are claiming would not be a good thing for anyone. Some on here would like to see it due to their hatred of a fired coach. He is gone let it be.

The most clueless combatant in this fight is Petersen. He's trying to appease Thorton and his cronies, while his wife alienates and insults a group of people whose donations and fundraising makes Thunder's contributions look like pocket change.

It appears this will utlimately be a faculty led insurrection. In that case there is nothing on a message board that will ever be that effective. Once they get involved...all bets are off.

Good to see one knoxville radio personality won't be in attendance for the fulmer (family) christmas gathering. Probably just as well, it will be standing room only with likes of hyams, matthews, the manning family, oversheep and all the other media butt kissers in that town.
