Never forget 2005 my friend...It can and has happened. Parity has arrived in the SEC and the doormats are now contenders (except for MSU for now). I remember when Ole Miss was a scrimmage game...How do you feel about playing them now?

they should never be in the same sentence until smith has thrown more than 20 tds in a season. or, first, more than one in his career.
thats because larry smith started the last game..they will be competing throughout this offseason. i live in nashville...trust me...i know.

sorry but this dosnt work for me,youll still have a unproven freshman qb starting in 2010 and realistically looking at 2011 to have his system in place w/ a soph qb.

It is impossible to say Boyd will be better or worse than any QB on UTs roster. Crompton was much more hyped than Boyd coming out of highschool.

Regardless of how it plays out, I will make one promise. This players on this team will either buy into the offensive scheme and work their butts off, or they will be playing at Carson Newman next year. That gives me great cause for celebration.

So you would really rather Kiffin waste scholarships on kids that he doesn't like in order to bump up our meaningless Rivals ranking in February? Seriously?

The days of throwing scholarships up against the wall and seeing what sticks are over. After years of watching us pull in supposedly top recruiting classes that do nothing on the field, I'm fine with that.

I'm sure the 7 losses had nothing to do with recruiting. It was all a coincidence that Josh Nunes withdrew his commitment immediately after Urban Meyer violated Phil for the fourth straight time.

I think that may be the thing that runs Brown off.. We don't have a clue what we are going to do about a QB and receivers don't like that very much..

I have heard Boyd is an attitude waiting to explode. I am glad to see some discipline from the top down. Other players know what to expect and start working harder.
