I agree we are not leaps and bounds ahead of last year but I do think wins over two top 25 teams is better than all 4 wins we had last year. I saw much more fight in some guys this year because everyone quit last year. I am frustrated as well but you and most people had unrealistic expectations of this team.Do you really think we improved this year?

That is fair. The last two games no one could have seen coming. But I thought 5 or 6 wins on the season. The fact was driven home in the last two games this roster is a long way from where it needs to be. But I'm encouraged by some of the freshmen. Thompson, Taylor, Banks and I feel that with 1 more year in the S and C program or O line should take another step. But I still don't expect them to win much more than this year JMOI really didn’t have unrealistic expectations. While the win over Auburn was a great surprise, let’s be honest—KY was grossly overrated. I thought we would beat Florida since we had them at home. I didn’t think we would beat Auburn but we did. I thought we would beat KY and Vandy and I thought we had a chance to beat MO and SC. I thought we would be 7-5. I sure didn’t expect to lose to MO and Vandy by a combined score of 88-24. That’s where the lack of improvement is obvious, at least in my view.
LoLI know we're all some kind of hurt by how it ended, but the future is bright! For some reason or another, these upperclassmen.....QUIT after the KY game. There are others who have as well and kinks to fix in the offseason, but we def have improved as a football team. One win away from a bowl game, 2 SEC wins, and beat 2 top25 opponents? We never saw this coming day 1. Yes there are some games we feel we should've won, but honestly right now we don't have the starters to be what we want to be in our conference. This will be pruitt's 1st true offseason as coach. Let's see how it goes and look forward to 2019! GO VOLS!!!!!
