Scouts new format is garbage btw. I actually liked their previous layout. Especially the recent commit list tracker. I think they've done away with that which was the best thing they had going for them.

Rivals and 247 are hands down the best IMO.

I've never been a fan of Scout. They'd be a distant 3rd IMO.

ESPN easily last.

I think Bleacher Report just surpassed ESPN in recruiting coverage this past year.
