is HUGE!!!! I thought Nuke about killed us this last week. He was by far the most disappointing aside from Crompton. I simply felt like the kid loses some mental edge when fielding punts. Would love to see him have a big game against the gators. Did anyone else think that Nuke looked incredibly jittery this past week? I think he is great, but he needs to step up from a mental perspective. Thoughts...

Well, it was interesting that after the game, he said he didn't even realize he was back in the end zone until he looked down and saw the checkerboard. I think Nuke is big risk/reward play because he has potential for huge plays (both good and bad).

We can't go down 17-0 like last year in the first quarter because of Brandon James. Nuke is going to have to be able to give us good field position.

I hope they worked with him on fielding punts in some fashion this past week at practice because if not then i hate to think what might happen...

Kick it out of bounds!
Dont kick to BJ, play smart not dumb.
Cause everyone in the statium knows he would just love to have his first punt return happen against the vols.

Special teams play may very well decide whether or not this is a close and winnable game for the Vols.

I feel better about special teams with this staff, just haven't seen enough to decide how much better I feel.

Nukes a FRESHMAN, He's going to make mistakes...Nerves are playing a factor early in his career I believe...He'll be fine.

I hope he runs one back.. it would be a huge boost for him and it would help us out a lot.

There is not a single play I'd rather see in the game besides that one. Unless it's EB intercepting and setting the new record at 580 yds.
