Tyler Byrd gave our offense that missing spark we had in Pig Howard from the slot.

Malone has turned into a deep threat and all around good wr.

Kamara always gets the edge.

Dobbs in open space.

We're putting a lot of pressure on defenses with this speed.

Especially those 2nd level defenders trying to guard Byrd.
Byrd will have a HUGE game this week. Like 150 yards receiving type game.

Excited about Byrd. Can't wait to see what happens when we get him in open space.

And Dobbs. Kid is a beast. That TD right up the gut from the 5 was ridiculous. Kid is strong and slippery. Love how Swamp Donkey said in his presser "I'm glad we won't have to see him again." No kidding, especially after last year too.

Bryd is a true game breaker

When he gets the OFFENSE down he will be a game changer and that will open our running game up a little more just the threat of him going deep or the screen or reveres will keep a DC UP AT NIGHT.:clapping:

Adds another dimension that will make this offense one of the nations toughest to defend moving forward..

He must be accounted for...

Byrd will be a sunday receiver before he is done...He has speed, hands, and moves..he is not afraid to go over the middle either..he will have a break out game very soon..ust another weapon we can use if we continue to open the playbook..NO DEFENSE will want to cover all our people on offense...stop 1 and 2 more will burn you...GBO

Some of the descent gains made by the passing game only happened because the ball was poorly underthrown and our receivers reacted and the DBs didn't. I'm not trying to be negative in this thread and I agree that Byrd will only help this offense moving forward!

That one to Malone on the sideline was an intentional backside throw.

The only decent gain underthrown ball was to Malone...and it looked intentional.

I've knocked Dobbs before too, but don't come into this thread with that BS...

Then what are you talking about? Dobbs threw a few behind receivers, but he made many good throws in this game. Several that hit guys right in the hands for drops...

That's why I said SOME and not "all" of the gains by the passing game. Learn how to take a little criticism without going all momma bear and protecting the cubs every time someone says something that's not completely complimentary of the team or players. In this case, a little, and I do mean a LITTLE criticism is warranted.

Then what decent gain occurred because the WRS reacted to under thrown balls and the DBs didn't? Besides the obvious intention one to Malone? It was a back shoulder. Aka the hardest pass to defend if thrown correctly. Criticism is warranted when Dobbs threw behind on some slants, but there wasn't one point where we gained a big play because of WRs reacted to under thrown balls. Every big play, the ball was thrown where it was supposed to be.

A little? A couple...sure. I'm not above a little criticism of anyone...

But, what prompted you to preface your post with such In a Tyler Byrd thread? Not seeing the relation...
