I'm still behind Coach Dooley

I'm still on the train for now, but it's hard. There comes a point where someone needs to seriously tell me one thing...just one thing...that suggests he can bring this program back to prominence other than setting up the VFL program and being funny.

there is none... but if you listen to all these fools... they will try like hell to convince you...

We all want better results in games than what is happening against SEC competition. It will take time to improve on the low level of talent when Dooley took over. It is building and takes a couple of years. Whether we will be national championship level or not in a couple of years, probably not, we will be competitive in each game. We really can't right now.

if dooley respected the team, the university... he'd get simms the hell outta there... cause we are the laughing stock of the sec with simms in there.

True I am still behind Dooley because he has this team going in the right direction IMO. On the otter hand I can't stand to watch Simms ruin anymore of this season. At least if Worley played and the team lost he would be getting experience.

While I agree that Dooley is the coach to get us back to the top, he has got to figure out our to stop these 2nd half collapses. It is beyond frustrating.

We lost our best reciever and starting QB what do you want Dooley to do? I mean he took over this mess left by Fulmer and Kiffin when he took over the job. We just do not have enough players right now. That being said i am for Dooley. Give this man some time.

I'm in. He just needs another recruiting class or two and we will be back.

I like that he is gutsy and not afraid to take any chance whatsoever like Fulmer was...

Dooley puts no fire in this team at half time. We never come out and play with any passion after the 2nd QTR . Good coaches know how to get a team pumped up. Dooley don't.

and this is what im getting at..... dooley does have to improve on some of his decisions.... but he cant just keep someone in there who is killing the team.... he is paid to make tough decisions, reguardless if you have to burn a redshirt, and hurt a seniors feelings or not

I wish that I had the answer to this. We play the best teams about even in the first half and then get routed in the third quarter. I understand what Dooley was left with, but what the heck happens at halftime? I don't think it was about depth today, our defense hadn't seen the field that much in the first half and Alabama just came out of the locker room more hungry and focused than Tennessee.

Listen, you may like playing like a Kentucky or Vandy and even making excuses for Dooley till your skirt falls off. But you know just like everyone on here knows he did nothing to earn a shot as Tennessee's Coach and He's done nothing to prove he will get us any where. So keep drinking that doolaid !

This same Michigan fan stated ""Can't help but laugh at the futility of Simms. We've still got a shot at beating SC because they have no offense whatsoever with Lattimore out, but it isn't a great one."" yet crys when someone says Dooley isn't the right Coach. he's just showing his true colors, lol

I'll refrain from replying to this one. I'm pissed, we're all pissed, and I know better than to get sucked into the overreactions of this forum. See you guys in a few days

We come out in the third quarter and literally throw the game away in the first offensive and defensive possession. Every damn game.
