Blech, no cream cheese in sushi. I have a thing for spicy mayo. OMG! That stuff is soooo good!!!

I had a fantastic burger today at the butcher shop for lunch. Best kept secrete in town. 7 bucks and you are out the door.

Kraft used to make some spicy mayo that was incredible. Is that the kind you use? I cannot find that stuff anywhere anymore

They put spicy mayo on some of them at places like Ichiban. I know it japanese hot sauce, which I can find in stores here, but I think it uses japanese mayo too and I'm not sure what that is. Haven't checked any of the asian places to see if they carry it.

Why do they quit making the stuff everybody likes? I hate it when companies do that.

I found a receipe for that stuff (japanese white sauce) and I made it a couple weeks ago. INCREDIBLE is all I have to say :eek:k:

Me too. Mine ended up a little too mayonaisseeey. The recipe I had gave a specific mayo to use, which I did, and it was good. But just not quite the same. Between white sauce and spicy mayo, I have to give the japanese rendition of ranch 4 thumbs up.
