The Philly is the only kind of sushi my wife will eat....I like it ok, Im just not a huge fan of cream cheese.

I got hooked on the spicy yellowtail a while back.....Do you like Spider Roll?...pretty good.

I like the Spider Roll fine. I actually like most of it. Chili Thai rolls are exceptional.

I'm actually not sure. I believe it's spicy tuna, but topped with Thai chili (which is almost a Jelly) and eel.

They put spicy mayo on some of them at places like Ichiban. I know it japanese hot sauce, which I can find in stores here, but I think it uses japanese mayo too and I'm not sure what that is. Haven't checked any of the asian places to see if they carry it.

Why do they quit making the stuff everybody likes? I hate it when companies do that.

Me too. Mine ended up a little too mayonaisseeey. The recipe I had gave a specific mayo to use, which I did, and it was good. But just not quite the same. Between white sauce and spicy mayo, I have to give the japanese rendition of ranch 4 thumbs up.
