Tebow was never going to UT. You realize the final two choices for Tebow were Florida and Alabama.

I will say this about USC and Pete Carroll, he consistently participates in these good charities and is an A class coach and human being

They had better have plenty of towels available for all the knob polishing and the crying that is going to take place.

The guy is one of (if not THE) best college football players...ever. He deserves every bit of the attention he gets this weekend for epitomizing what it is to be a student-athlete.

I'm willing to bet the tone would be quite different if the kid was in orange and white instead of orange and blue.

On a funny note, anyone else notice that the Game Day crew is seperated from the fans by screens? I guess is so the gator fans can't throw things at them.

+1, he has seemed genuine from jump street. I just hate that he has done it for the Gators, but have a lot of respect for him. I hope I have one just like him (except he won't be allowed to go to UF).

I mean I get just as spirited as any fan does, but literally throwing an object at someone just because a different opinion for a football game. For shame (anywhere that it has happened)

Yup.. and he didn't get Carl's quote right as his screen name either.

"A looper, you know, a caddy, a looper, a jock. So, I tell them I'm a pro jock, and who do you think they give me? The Dalai Lama, himself. Twelfth son of the Lama. The flowing robes, the grace, bald... striking. So, I'm on the first tee with him. I give him the driver. He hauls off and whacks one - big hitter, the Lama - long, into a ten-thousand foot crevasse, right at the base of this glacier. Do you know what the Lama says? Gunga galunga... gunga, gunga-lagunga"

Hey you know if the gameday guys set off a beeper everytime teblow's name was mentioned, it would sound like a truck backing up... or a Jerry Springer show...

He doesn't play for Tennessee. He plays for one of our most hated rivals. Get the difference there?
