I'm not even mad

You must be a descendant of Nostradamus, hogland had just lost to Toledo and Texas Tech. Not really a rousing indication they would come into Neyland and win.

I never underestimate this team's ability to hand a game to the opponent. I have zero confidence in anyone involved with the program who isn't named Jalen Hurd.

I just sat there the whole game straight faced waiting for the inevitable. I just can't figure out how we recruit such talent, and coach them in the wrong direction. Hope the fishing weather is good on Saturdays the next few months.

JRM needs to be in the same breath

I camped out Th/Fri for "Battle for Bristol" tickets... I then went to the Arkansas game. Pre-gamed on the strip with some friends, and subsequently watched Tennessee choke away another game. I have been a VFL since I watched my first game at age four. It's so hard to support this administration and coaching staff. I still support the team but have become immune to the fallacy of us being nationally relevant under these circumstances.

I found out through the years, that losses don't hurt near as bad when you don't expect to win. After watching how Butch choked his butt off in the OU game, I really didn't expect much this season to be honest. I haven't felt good about TN football since the 07 season. I'm really beginning to wonder if we will ever get back to what we once was. It's really depressing to see what has come of our beloved TN football program. That's why I loved when Bruce Pearl was here. We didn't have football no more, but we had Pearl taking our dormant BB program to levels I thought we would never see. Why in the hell we didn't get him back when his show cause was up, beats the hell out of me! Hart & Cheek made all the other dumbass hires why not bring Bruce back!

Do some of you not even get mad anymore? I watched this entire game with zero emotion. My wife kept asking what was wrong. I'm usually cussing and throwing the cat when we lose but tonight I just chuckled and made a big Jethro sized bowl of froot-loops. I guess I've just checked out this season.

See, I keep telling you folks there's more to football than just winning, so enjoyyyyyyyyyy

Tennessee football players need to do some serious soul searching along with their great recruiter

I'm the same way. You could tell that they weren't going to overcome the deficit and beat Arkansas. Yet, this team can do it considering they did it to SCar last year. I just casually flipped it to the Clemson-ND game after ours was over. I should've gone for the cereal though. Clutch move. At least have some slice of happiness in this mess.

I didn't even move when we scored the first two touchdowns. My wife was screaming and all excited and I just sat stoically. I knew....

I knew....

Same here, normally I have a few choice words that are yelled out throughout the game. This one I did not say anything the entire game. As the saying goes "It is what it is".

Exact same here. I kinda thought this would happen with Arky. Although they are off to a sad start they have superior coaches.

Plus the last 2 debacles took all the energy I have for a season.

The OU game I was a mess. My heart was literally pounding and I could feel my pulse throughout my body. This was at kickoff. By the end of the game I was really feeling it. I was disappointed, but still had hope. Just didn't like the second half management at all.

Florida I wasn't as bad for some reason. Still anxious though. When we got a lead I sadly looked at my girlfriend and said we will blow this one too. I just had almost zero faith in keeping the lead. After an almost exact replica from the OU game I was mad at this point.

Last night... I just sat and watched basically because I had nothing else to do. I didn't feel into the game at all. And honestly I'm right there with you in saying I'm not even mad anymore.

TT and Toledo have 11 guys they put on the field and call it an offense. We have one guy that is the offense (Hurd) and 10 guys that I guess try to play the part.

That is why many of us saw this coming.

He'll I just found out we lost.....I assumed we were gonna lose but I went to bed. We were losing by a few when I crawled in bed but I see we blew the lead again. I'm checked out. No more coach speak for me

This offense is offensive. I thought offense was bad to mediocre last year. You can only blame the oc at this point for returning pretty much whole offense and it gets worse it's on coaching

It started for me at 17-17. The melting point had been reached and it wasn't the 4th quarter. Did they think it was going to be so easy, that they let off the gas with the early 14 point lead?

It wasn't a matter of letting off the gas. The offense just can't execute. The players are poorly coached in basic fundamentals.

That's how I know that I've turned on Butch. This didn't bother me nearly as much as last week.

I hear you. I thought I was sunshine pumping Butch until last night when I wasn't even getting mad. I saw what I expected to see.

Watching TN football is like getting a constant prostate exam... Not fun

I saw 4 on Craigslist going for $100. They were lower level around the 35 and came with a parking pass. I got offered 2 free ones and said no thanks.

Same here, passed of two free in the dry tickets my boss offered me.
